Code § 2-218.13a","heading":"Art All Night Fund.","body":"(a)\nThere is established as a special fund the Art All Night Fund (\"Fund\"), which shall be administered by the Department in accordance with this section.\n\n(b)\nAll funds received from agreements entered into pursuant to section § 2-218.13(c-2) shall be deposited in the Fund.\n\n(c)\nMoney in the Fund shall be used to pay for the costs of implementing, supporting, and promoting Art All Night.\n\n(d)\n(1)\nThe money deposited into the Fund but not expended in a fiscal year shall not revert to the unassigned fund balance of the General Fund of the District of Columbia at the end of a fiscal year, or at any other time.\n(2)\nSubject to authorization in an approved budget and financial plan, any funds appropriated in the Fund shall be continually available without regard to fiscal year limitation.","path":["Title 2.
