Code § 2-356.01","heading":"Project delivery methods authorized.","body":"(a)\nThis subchapter shall govern procurements for construction projects and related management services in the District.\n\n(b)\nThe following project delivery methods are authorized for procurements within the scope of this subchapter:\n(1)\nArchitectural and engineering services;\n(2)\nConstruction management;\n(3)\nConstruction management at risk;\n(4)\nDesign-bid-build;\n(5)\nDesign-build;\n(6)\nDesign-build-finance-operate-maintain;\n(7)\nDesign-build-operate-maintain; and\n(8)\nOperations and maintenance.\n\n(c)\nParticipation in a report or study that is subsequently used in the preparation of design requirements for a project shall not disqualify a firm from participating as a member of a proposing team in a design-build, design-build-operate-maintain, or design-build-finance-operate-maintain procurement unless the participation would provide the firm with a substantial competitive advantage.","path":["Title 2.
