Code § 21-2062","heading":"Petitions for orders subsequent to appointment.","body":"(a)\nAny person interested in the welfare of an individual for whom a conservator has been appointed may petition the court for an order:\n(1)\nRequiring bond, additional bond, or reducing bond;\n(2)\nRequiring a special accounting for the administration of the trust;\n(3)\nDirecting distribution;\n(4)\nRemoving the conservator and appointing a temporary or successor conservator; or\n(5)\nGranting other appropriate relief.\n\n(b)\nA conservator may petition the court for instructions concerning fiduciary responsibility.\n\n(c)\nUpon notice and hearing, the court may give appropriate instructions or make any appropriate order.","path":["Title 21.
