Code § 21-2503","heading":"Applicability.","body":"(a)\nThis chapter applies to:\n(1)\nA fiduciary acting under a will or power of attorney executed before, on, or after [March 16, 2021];\n(2)\nA personal representative acting for a decedent who died before, on, or after [March 16, 2021];\n(3)\nA conservatorship proceeding commenced before, on, or after [March 16, 2021]; and\n(4)\nA trustee acting under a trust created before, on, or after [March 16, 2021].\n\n(b)\nThis chapter applies to a custodian if the user resides in the District or resided in the District at the time of the user's death.\n\n(c)\nThis chapter does not apply to a digital asset of an employer used by an employee in the ordinary course of the employer's business.","path":["Title 21.
