Code § 22-3226.13","heading":"Task force to combat fraud.","body":"(a)\nThe Mayor shall form a task force for the following purposes:\n(1)\nCollecting information on telephone fraud;\n(2)\nTaking steps to educate the public about fraud, including telephone fraud;\n(3)\nSharing information related to telephone fraud with District government agencies;\n(4)\nSharing information related to telephone fraud with other state and federal law enforcement agencies; and\n(5)\nAdvising the Mayor on enforcement of the provisions of this subchapter.\n\n(b)\nThe task force may include representatives from the following agencies:\n(1)\nMetropolitan Police Department;\n(2)\nDepartment of Consumer and Regulatory Affairs;\n(3)\nOffice of Corporation Counsel; and\n(4)\nAny other agency the Mayor deems appropriate.","path":["Title 22.
