Code § 24-1301","heading":"Definitions.","body":"For the purposes of this chapter, the term:\n\n(1)\n“Commission” means the Commission on Re-Entry and Returning Citizen Affairs established by § 24-1303(a).\n\n(2)\n“Director” means the Executive Director of the Office on Returning Citizen Affairs.\n\n(3)\nRepealed.\n\n(4)\n“Office” means the Office on Returning Citizen Affairs established by § 24-1302(a).\n\n(5)\n“Returning citizens” means persons who are residents of the District who were previously incarcerated.","path":["Title 24.
