Code § 24-276.04","heading":"Notice requirements.","body":"(a)\nThe Administrator shall provide notice of the requirements of this subchapter to:\n(1)\nThe relevant staff at the place of confinement, including:\n(A)\nAll medical staff;\n(B)\nStaff and contractors who are involved in the transport of confined persons of child-bearing age; and\n(C)\nOther staff as the Administrator deems appropriate; and\n(2)\nAll persons who are in their third trimester of pregnancy at the time the place of confinement takes custody of the person.\n\n(b)\nThe Department shall ensure that all guards and staff who interact with incarcerated individuals known to be or could become pregnant receive annual training of their responsibilities under this subchapter.","path":["Title 24.
