To see the current law (including emergency and temporary legislation, if relevant) click this link: Current Version*\n  \n\nThe Fund shall be used for the following purposes, in order of priority:\n\n(1)\nTo stock the commissaries of District correctional facilities;\n\n(2)\nTo repay the initial appropriation used to finance the Fund; and\n\n(3)\nTo provide goods and services that benefit the general resident population at District correctional facilities, as determined by the Resident Welfare Fund Committee established in § 24-284.","path":["Title 99.
