Code § 24-602","heading":"Definitions.","body":"For purposes of this subchapter:\n\n(1)\nThe term “chronic alcoholic” means any person who chronically and habitually uses alcoholic beverages to the extent that:\n(A)\nThey injure his health or interfere with his social or economic functioning; or\n(B)\nHe has lost the power of self-control with respect to the use of such beverages.\n\n(2)\nThe term “Court” means the Superior Court of the District of Columbia.\n\n(3)\nThe term “Mayor” means the Mayor of the District of Columbia.","path":["Title 24.
