Code § 24-904","heading":"Conditional release; unconditional discharge.","body":"(a)\nA committed youth offender may be released conditionally under supervision whenever appropriate.\n\n(b)\nA committed youth offender may be unconditionally discharged at the end of 1 year from the date of conditional release.\n\n(c)\nNotwithstanding any other provision of law, subsections (a) and (b) of this section shall not apply to a youth offender convicted of any offense committed on or after August 5, 2000.","path":["Title 24.
