Code § 26-504.04","heading":"School service facilities.","body":"(a)\nFor the purposes of this section, the term:\n(1)\n\"School\" means any accredited educational institution.\n(2)\n\"Student\" means an individual enrolled in a school.\n(3)\n\"Student service facility\" means a District credit union facility that provides in-school financial services and offers financial education to students.\n\n(b)\nA District credit union may, upon agreement with a school's governing body, open and maintain a student service facility.","path":["Title 26.
