Code § 28:9-623","heading":"Right to redeem collateral.","body":"(a)\nA debtor, any secondary obligor, or any other secured party or lienholder may redeem collateral.\n\n(b)\nTo redeem collateral, a person shall tender:\n(1)\nFulfillment of all obligations secured by the collateral; and\n(2)\nThe reasonable expenses and attorney’s fees described in § 28:9-615(a)(1).\n\n(c)\nA redemption may occur at any time before a secured party:\n(1)\nHas collected collateral under § 28:9-607;\n(2)\nHas disposed of collateral or entered into a contract for its disposition under § 28:9-610; or\n(3)\nHas accepted collateral in full or partial satisfaction of the obligation it secures under § 28:9-622.","path":["Title 28.
