Code § 29-1012.11","heading":"Statement of dissolution.","body":"(a)\nA limited cooperative association that has dissolved or is about to dissolve may deliver to the Mayor for filing a statement of dissolution that states:\n(1)\nThe name of the association;\n(2)\nThe date the association dissolved or will dissolve; and\n(3)\nAny other information the association considers relevant.\n\n(b)\nA person shall have notice of a limited cooperative association’s dissolution on the later of:\n(1)\nNinety days after a statement of dissolution is filed; or\n(2)\nThe effective date stated in the statement of dissolution.","path":["Title 29.
