Code § 29-1118","heading":"Selection of managers; management rights of managers.","body":"Except as otherwise provided in this chapter or the governing principles:\n\n(1)\nOnly the members shall select a manager or managers;\n\n(2)\nA manager may be a member or a nonmember;\n\n(3)\nIf a manager is not selected, all members shall be managers;\n\n(4)\nEach manager has equal rights in the management and conduct of the association’s activities;\n\n(5)\nAll matters relating to the activities shall be decided by its managers, except for matters reserved for approval by members in § 29-1112; and\n\n(6)\nA difference among managers shall be decided by a majority of the managers.","path":["Title 29.
