Code § 29-604.02","heading":"Becoming partner.","body":"(a)\nUpon formation of a partnership under § 29-602.02(a), a person becomes a partner.\n\n(b)\nAfter formation of a partnership, a person becomes a partner:\n(1)\nAs provided in the partnership agreement;\n(2)\nAs a result of a transaction effective under Subchapter [subchapter] IX of this chapter or Chapter 2 of this title; or\n(3)\nWith the consent of all the partners.\n\n(c)\nA person may become a partner without:\n(1)\nAcquiring a transferable interest; or\n(2)\nMaking or being obligated to make a contribution to the partnership.","path":["Title 29.
