Code § 29-909","heading":"Bylaws — Contents.","body":"The bylaws may, within the limitations of this chapter, provide for the:\n\n(1)\nMethod and terms of admission to membership and the disposal of members’ interests on cessation of membership for any reason;\n\n(2)\nTime, place, and manner of calling and conducting meetings;\n\n(3)\nNumber or percentage of the members constituting a quorum;\n\n(4)\n(A)\nNumber, qualifications, powers, duties, term of office, and manner, time, and vote for election, of directors and officers; and\n(B)\nDivision or classification, if any, of directors to provide for rotating or overlapping terms;\n\n(5)\nCompensation, if any, of the directors, and the number of directors necessary to constitute a quorum;\n\n(6)\nMethod of distributing the net savings; or\n\n(7)\nVarious discretionary provisions of this chapter as well as other provisions incident to the purposes and activities and affairs of the association.","path":["Title 29.
