Code § 3-1202.02","heading":"Board of Dietetics and Nutrition.","body":"(a)\nThere is established a Board of Dietetics and Nutrition to consist of 5 members appointed by the Mayor.\n\n(b)\nThe Board shall regulate the practice of dietetics and nutrition.\n\n(c)\nOf the members of the Board, 4 shall be licensed dieticians or licensed nutritionists and one shall be a consumer member who is not licensed as a dietician or nutritionist.\n\n(d)\nExcept as provided in subsection (e) of this section, members of the Board shall be appointed for terms of 3 years.\n\n(e)\nOf the members initially appointed under this section, 1 shall be appointed for a term of 1 year, 1 shall be appointed for a term of 2 years, and 1 shall be appointed for a term of 3 years.","path":["Title 3.
