Code § 3-1204.09","heading":"Fees.","body":"(a)\nExcept as provided in subsection (b) of this section, the Mayor is authorized to establish a fee schedule for all services related to the regulation of all health occupations under this chapter, in accordance with the requirements of District law.\n\n(b)\n(1)\nThe fee for the issuance of a medical license shall be set by the Board of Medicine; provided, that the fee shall be no less than $500 and shall be sufficient to fund the programmatic needs of the Board.\n(2)\nThe fee for the issuance of a license to practice pharmaceutical detailing shall be set by the Board of Pharmacy.\n(3)\nThe fee for the issuance of a license to practice by a physician-in-training, if any, shall be determined by the Board of Medicine.","path":["Title 3.
