Code § 3-1205.13","heading":"Professional requirements.","body":"(a)\nEach licensee, registrant, or person certified shall:\n(1)\nDisplay the board-issued license, registration, or certification conspicuously in each place of business or employment of the licensee, registrant, or person certified;\n(2)\nWear a tag at all times, if practical, while acting in a professional capacity that displays his or her name and profession or title;\n(3)\nPractice only under the legal name that appears on his or her license, registration, or certification;\n(4)\nNotify the board in writing of any:\n(A)\nChange of email address, address of the place of residence, or address of the place of business or employment within 30 days after the relevant change;\n(B)\nLegal change of name within 30 days after the change; or\n(C)\nAdverse event meeting the requirements of § 44-508, within the time specified by that section.\n\n(b)\nEach licensee, registrant, or person certified shall be subject to the penalties provided by this chapter for failure to comply with the requirements of this section.","path":["Title 3.
