Code § 3-1206.04","heading":"Authorized acts.","body":"An advanced practice registered nurse may:\n\n(1)\nInitiate, monitor, and alter drug therapies;\n\n(2)\nInitiate appropriate therapies or treatments;\n\n(3)\nMake referrals for appropriate therapies or treatments;\n\n(4)\nPerform additional functions within his or her specialty determined in accordance with rules and regulations promulgated by the Mayor; and\n\n(5)\nSign, certify, stamp, or endorse all documents that require a signature by a physician, in place of a physician, provided it is within the scope of their authorized practice.","path":["Title 3.
