To view the text of this section after the expiration of all emergency and temporary legislation, click this link: Past Permanent Version.*\n      \n\nFor the purposes of this subchapter, the term:\n\n(a)\n(1)\n\"Baseball Stadium\" shall have the same meaning as that provided for the term \"Ballpark\" in § 47-2002.05(a)(1)(A).\n(1A)\n\"Downtown Arena\" means a sports and entertainment arena located at 601 F Street, N.W.\n(2)\n\"Soccer Stadium\" means a soccer stadium constructed after October 1, 2014 on a site bounded by 2nd Street, S.W., T Street, S.W., Half Street, S.W., Potomac Avenue, S.W., and R Street, S.W.\n(3)\n\"Southeast Arena\" means a sports and entertainment arena located at 1100 Oak Drive, S.E.","path":["Title 3.
