To see the current law (including emergency and temporary legislation, if relevant) click this link: Current Version*\n      \n\n(a)\nThe Mayor shall submit biannually a report to the Council regarding any audits or inspections conducted related to compliance with this subchapter or any regulation issued pursuant to this subchapter. Each report shall include:\n(1)\nThe number of employers inspected for compliance due to complaints received, categorized by size of the employer based on the number of employees;\n(2)\nThe number of employers inspected for compliance as a result of a random audit, categorized by size of the employer based on the number of employees;\n(3)\nThe number of violations, by type of violation; and\n(4)\nAn explication of the actions the Mayor took pursuant to § 32-1011 against each employer charged with violating this subchapter or any regulation issued pursuant to this subchapter, including a list of fines assessed against the employer.","path":["Title 99.
