Code § 32-1691.03","heading":"Conditions of Program eligibility.","body":"(a)\nTo be eligible for Program assistance to pursue a UDC-CC degree, an individual shall:\n(1)\nMeet the relevant enrollment requirements for a UDC-CC degree;\n(2)\nBe a resident of the District;\n(3)\nHave a stated interest in working in IT occupations;\n(4)\nNot have already completed an associate degree in IT or a bachelor's degree at an institution of higher education; and\n(5)\n(A)\nHave experienced unemployment or significant loss of income due to the public health emergency; or\n(B)\nHave multiple barriers to employment, as determined by the WIC.\n\n(b)\nTo be eligible for Program assistance to pursue WDLL courses, an individual shall:\n(1)\nMeet the eligibility criteria established pursuant to subsection (a)(2), (3), (4), and (5) of this section; and\n(2)\nMeet the enrollment requirements for WDLL courses.\n\n(c)\nTo be eligible for Program assistance to pursue IT training through a community training provider, an individual shall:\n(1)\nMeet the eligibility criteria established pursuant to subsection (a)(2), (3), (4), and (5) of this section; and\n(2)\nMeet the enrollment requirements of the community training provider.\n\n(d)\nProgram training providers shall select Program participants according to the terms of the applicable memorandum of understanding or grant agreement with the WIC.","path":["Title 32.
