Among other things, the Department of Employment Services shall obtain a sample of statistics on District businesses to determine:\n\n(1)\nThe compliance level of businesses; and\n\n(2)\nWhether companies are utilizing staffing patterns to circumvent the intention of this subchapter.","path":["Title 32.
