Code § 34-2202.06h","heading":"Continued testing and remediation.","body":"(a)\nUpon receipt of the report from the Panel set forth in § 34-2202.06e, the General Manager shall create and implement a plan that considers potential remediation options and continued testing for unregulated contaminants and endocrine disruptor compounds in a manner consistent with the recommendations of the Panel’s report.\n\n(b)\nIf formal remediation steps cannot be taken for a specific contaminant, the General Manager shall provide evidence of infeasibility of remediation for that contaminant.\n\n(c)\nThe General Manager shall submit the plan to the Mayor and the Council.\n\n(d)\nThe Authority shall be required to implement the provisions of this section upon a transfer by the Chief Financial Officer of the District from the unrestricted fund balance of the General Fund of the District of Columbia to the Authority of the funding necessary to implement the provisions of this section.\n\n(e)\nRepealed.","path":["Title 34.
