Code § 36-601.04","heading":"Bonding and fingerprinting.","body":"The Chief Financial Officer may require an Office employee to give a bond in an amount determined by the Chief Financial Officer. Every such bond shall be filed with the District of Columbia Treasurer. The cost of a bond given pursuant to this section shall be part of the necessary expenses of the Office. Further, Office employees shall be fingerprinted before, and as a condition of, employment. The Chief Financial Officer may require the fingerprinting of the Office's contractors.","path":["Title 36.
