Code § 36-641.17","heading":"Investigations and inspections.","body":"(a)\nThe Office may conduct investigations, searches, seizures, and perform other duties authorized by this subchapter and rules issued pursuant to this subchapter.\n\n(b)\nAn applicant for a license and each licensee shall allow an authorized member of the Office, an ABCA investigator, or any member of the Metropolitan Police Department full opportunity to examine at any time during business hours:\n(1)\nThe location on the premises where game of skill machines are available to play; and\n(2)\nThe books and records of the licensee or applicant.","path":["Title 36.
