Code § 37-103","heading":"Eastern Market Enterprise Fund.","body":"(a)\nThere is established as a special fund the Eastern Market Enterprise Fund (\"Fund\"), which shall be administered by the Department of General Services in accordance with subsections (d) and (e) of this section.\n\n(b)\nAll revenues, proceeds, and moneys from whatever source derived that are collected or received by the Department of General Services on behalf of Eastern Market shall be deposited into the Fund.\n\n(c)\nRepealed.\n\n(d)\nMoney in the Fund shall be used for the following purposes:\n(1)\nTo fund all expenses related to the management and maintenance of the Eastern Market Special Use Area; and\n(2)\nUp to $5,000 per fiscal year to fund the operating expenses of the Eastern Market Community Advisory Committee, including the creation and preservation of meeting records, printing, copying, and other direct expenses related to their duties.\n\n(e)\nMoney in the Fund may not be used to fund capital expenditures for Eastern Market and the Eastern Market Special Use Area.\n\n(f)\nAny money remaining available in the Fund at the end of a fiscal year, as determined by the Chief Financial Officer in the fiscal year-end close, shall be transferred to the unassigned fund balance of the General Fund of the District of Columbia as part of the fiscal year-end close.","path":["Title 37.
