Code § 37-131.08d","heading":"Columbia Heights-Mount Pleasant public asset and vendor support study.","body":"(a)\nThe Mayor shall commission a study to:\n(1)\nIdentify potential spaces for the storage and servicing of sidewalk vending carts within or near the Columbia Heights-Mount Pleasant Sidewalk Vending Zone, including any cost estimates for acquiring the space and making necessary improvements;\n(2)\nIdentify potential locations for the siting of public restroom facilities within or near the Columbia Heights-Mount Pleasant Sidewalk Vending Zone, including cost estimates of any work that would be required to construct a public restroom facility;\n(3)\nMake recommendations for capital improvements at areas within the Columbia Heights-Mount Pleasant Sidewalk Vending Zone to better accommodate vending activity and pedestrian access; and\n(4)\nIdentify potential locations for an indoor vending market within or near the Columbia Heights-Mount Pleasant Sidewalk Vending Zone, including cost estimates for acquiring the land if necessary.\n\n(b)\nThe Mayor shall submit the study required pursuant to paragraph (1) no later than one year after July 1, 2023.","path":["Title 37.
