Code § 38-1207.01","heading":"Definitions.","body":"For the purposes of this subchapter, the term:\n\n(1)\n“Eligible caretaker relative” means an individual as defined in § 4-205.15(2)(B), who has primary responsibility for the care of a dependent child.\n\n(2)\n“Eligible legal guardian” means any individual:\n(A)\nAppointed as a testamentary or appointive guardian pursuant to Chapter 1 of Title 21; and\n(B)\nNecessary for the maintenance of a household as provided in § 4-205.15(2)(D).\n\n(3)\n“Eligible parent” means a child’s natural or adoptive parent in a family eligible for Temporary Assistance for Needy Families or Program on Work, Employment, and Responsibility pursuant to Chapter 2 of Title 4.\n\n(4)\n“Tuition grant” means a sum equal to the basic instructional charge for a full- or part-time program at the University and includes all required fees.\n\n(5)\n“State” means any state of the United States, the District of Columbia, or any territory or possession of the United States.","path":["Title 38.
