Code § 38-1837.02","heading":"Oversight and composition of the Task Force.","body":"(a)\nThe Public Charter School Board shall oversee the Task Force, which shall be comprised of the following members, or their designees:\n(1)\nThe Mayor;\n(2)\nThe Chairman of the Council;\n(3)\nThe Deputy Mayor for Education;\n(4)\nThe State Superintendent of Education;\n(5)\nThe Chairperson of the Public Charter School Board;\n(6)\nThe Executive Director of the Public Charter School Board; and\n(7)\nThe Chief Financial Officer for the District of Columbia.\n\n(b)\nThe following shall serve as advisory members of the Task Force;\n(1)\nThe chief financial officers, or their designees, of at least 6 public charter schools, representing a range of enrollment, grade levels, and geographic location;\n(2)\nProfessionals in the field of public charter school financing;\n(3)\nRepresentatives from public charter school advocacy groups; and\n(4)\nOther individuals considered necessary or beneficial by the Public Charter School Board.","path":["Title 38.
