To see the current law (including emergency and temporary legislation, if relevant) click this link: Current Version*\n  \n\n(a)\nFor purposes of this chapter, the term:\n(1)\n\"Child development facility\" shall have the same meaning as provided in § 7-2031(3).\n(2)\n\"Community-based organization\" or \"CBO\" shall have the same meaning as provided in § 38-271.01(1C).\n(3)\n\"Early childhood development provider\" shall have the same meaning as provided in § 38-271.01(1G).\n(4)\n\"Subsidy\" means supplemental payments made by the Mayor pursuant to § 4-404.01.","path":["Title 99.
