Code § 38-2554","heading":"Composition of the Task Force.","body":"(a)\nThe Task Force shall be comprised of the following 9 voting members, or designees thereof:\n(1)\nThe Mayor of the District of Columbia;\n(2)\nThe Chair of the Committee on Education, Libraries and Recreation for the Council of the District of Columbia;\n(3)\nThe Chair of the Committee of Finance and Revenue for the Council of the District of Columbia;\n(4)\nThe President of the Board of Education;\n(5)\nThe Superintendent of the District of Columbia Public Schools;\n(6)\nThe State Education Officer of the District of Columbia;\n(7)\nThe Deputy Mayor for Children, Youth, Families and Elders;\n(8)\nThe Chief Financial Officer for the District of Columbia; and\n(9)\nThe Chief Financial Officer for the District of Columbia Public Schools.\n\n(b)\nThe following shall serve as advisory, nonvoting members of the Task Force:\n(1)\nThe members of the Council’s Committee on Education, Libraries and Recreation;\n(2)\nThe department head or designee of the Office of Special Education;\n(3)\nThe department head or designee of the Committee on Special Education and Student Services for the Board of Education;\n(4)\nThe Corporation Counsel for the District of Columbia;\n(5)\nThe department head or designee of the Department of Mental Health;\n(6)\nThe department head or designee of the Child and Family Service Agency;\n(7)\nThe department head or designee of the Medical Assistance Administration;\n(8)\nThe department head or designee of the Office of Medicaid Public Provider Operation Reform;\n(9)\nThe representative of the State Advisory Panel on Special Education in the District of Columbia; and\n(10)\nTwo parents of District of Columbia Special Education students.\n\n(c)\nThe Task Force shall be co-chaired by the Mayor and the Chair of the Committee on Education, Libraries and Recreation for the Council of the District of Columbia.\n\n(d)\nThe Director of the State Education Office shall provide staffing for the Task Force.","path":["Title 38.
