Code § 38-2951","heading":"Financial Management Reform Plan.","body":"(a)\nThe Superintendent of the public schools shall develop a Financial Management Reform Plan (“Reform Plan”) which shall include the following:\n(1)\nMeasurable goals;\n(2)\nTimeline for deliverables;\n(3)\nRoles and responsibilities of all District agencies that provide financial management related services;\n(4)\nProposed statutory and regulatory amendments to approve the budget process;\n(5)\nTargeted savings activities, and reallocations within the DCPS budget, for the next 2 fiscal years; and\n(6)\nReview and input from members of the Financial Management Task Force.\n\n(b)\nThe Superintendent shall submit the Reform Plan to the Board of Education for its approval.","path":["Title 38.
