Code § 38-531.01","heading":"Definitions.","body":"(a)\nFor the purposes of this chapter, the term:\n(1)\n\"DCPS\" means the agency established by § 38-171[.]\n(2)\n\"LEA\" means a local education agency, which is the District of Columbia Public Schools system or an individual or a group of public charter schools operating under a single charter.\n(3)\n\"OSSE\" means the Office of the State Superintendent of Education.\n(4)\n\"Period products\" means a tampon, a sanitary pad, or liner.","path":["Title 38.
