Code § 38-752.02","heading":"Definitions.","body":"For the purposes of this subchapter, the term:\n\n(1)\n“Post-secondary institution” means an entity that awards an academic degree or professional certification, which may include a:\n(A)\nUniversity;\n(B)\nCollege;\n(C)\nSeminary;\n(D)\nVocational school;\n(E)\nTrade school; or\n(F)\nThe military.\n\n(2)\n“Public high school” means a public school or public charter school that provides instruction for students in the 9th through 12th grades.","path":["Title 38.
