Code § 38-754.04","heading":"Establishment of Community School Fund.","body":"(a)\nThere is established as a special fund the Community Schools Fund (\"Fund\"), which shall be administered by the Mayor in accordance with subsection (b) of this section.\n\n(b)\n(1)\nThe Fund shall be used solely for the purposes of supporting schools designated as community schools.\n(2)\nNo more than 10% of the Fund shall be used to fund administrative costs associated with the operations of the Mayor; and\n(3)\nThe Fund shall be used to fund the planning and implementation of the Incentive Initiative grant program.\n\n(c)\nThe following monies shall be deposited into the Fund:\n(1)\nFederal funds and grants;\n(2)\nLocal funds;\n(3)\nGifts; and\n(4)\nPayments from public or private sources.\n\n(d)\nAny money remaining available in the Fund at the end of a fiscal year, as determined by the Chief Financial Officer in the fiscal year-end close, shall be transferred to the unassigned fund balance of the General Fund of the District of Columbia as part of the fiscal year-end close.","path":["Title 38.
