Code § 38-823.03","heading":"Mandatory reporting.","body":"Beginning September 30, 2020, and biennially thereafter, the Office of the State Superintendent of Education shall submit to the Mayor, the Council, and the Healthy Youth and Schools Commission a comprehensive report on the District's compliance with this chapter, which shall include:\n\n(a)\n(1)\nAn update on farm-to-school initiatives and recommendations for improving these initiatives; and\n(2)\nThe information required in §§ 38-824.05 and 38-825.02(c).","path":["Title 38.
