Code § 4-1303.84","heading":"Implementation plan.","body":"(a)\nWithin 180 days after February 18, 2017, the Agency shall establish:\n(1)\nA plan for the dissemination of the Statements of Rights and Responsibilities for Foster Parents to foster parents and the appropriate child-placing agency; and\n(2)\nA process for receiving, investigating, and resolving, within reasonable efforts, reports of violations of a foster parent's rights and complaints related to the Agency's provision of services and supports.\n\n(b)\n(1)\nThe Agency shall have the following responsibilities regarding the implementation of this part:\n(A)\nTo receive, investigate, and resolve, within reasonable efforts, reports of violations of a foster parent's rights and complaints related to the Agency's provision of services and supports;\n(B)\nTo document the number, general sources and origins, and the nature of reports received about violations of foster parent's rights and complaints received about the Agency's provision of services and supports;\n(C)\nBeginning on February 28, 2018, and every February 28th thereafter, to make available to the Council a report containing data collected over the course of the prior year that includes the information collected pursuant to paragraph (2) of this subsection; and\n(D)\nBy February 28, 2018, and every February 28th thereafter, to post the report required by subparagraph (C) of this paragraph on the Agency's website so that it is readily available to the public.\n(2)\n(A)\nThe report required by paragraph (1)(C) of this subsection shall include the following information regarding reports received by the Agency about violations of a foster parent's rights:\n(i)\nThe number of contacts made by telephone, website, or otherwise;\n(ii)\nThe type and general sources of those contacts;\n(iii)\nThe number of investigations performed;\n(iv)\nThe number of pending investigations;\n(v)\nThe trends and issues identified during the course of investigations; and\n(vi)\nThe outcomes of the investigations conducted.\n(B)\nThe report shall include the following information regarding complaints received by the Agency about its provision of services and supports to foster parents:\n(i)\nThe number of contacts made by telephone, website, or otherwise;\n(ii)\nThe type and general sources of those contacts;\n(iii)\nThe number of investigations performed;\n(iv)\nThe number of pending investigations;\n(v)\nThe trends and issues identified during the course of investigations; and\n(vi)\nThe outcomes of the investigations conducted.","path":["Title 4.
