Code § 4-1704.02","heading":"LRAP; administration.","body":"(a)\nThe Administrator shall:\n(1)\nEstablish an application and eligibility review process for the LRAP;\n(2)\nConduct a semiannual review of the continued eligibility of participants;\n(3)\nCertify a list of eligible employment; and\n(4)\nDetermine the levels of participant contribution.\n\n(b)\nThe Administrator shall provide loans to participants who maintain eligible employment to repay eligible debt for reasonable education expenses .
