Code § 4-211.01","heading":"Home repairs — Run-down premises.","body":"The Mayor may authorize an expenditure for repairs to a home which a recipient of TANF, POWER, or GAC owns or is buying, when there has been no assignment or transfer to the District of such property, if:\n\n(1)\nA determination has been made that:\n(A)\nThe home is so defective that continued occupancy is not warranted;\n(B)\nUnless repairs are made the recipient would have to move to rental quarters; and\n(C)\nThe rental cost of quarters for the recipient and his family over a period of 2 years would exceed the cost of repairs needed to make the home habitable together with other costs attributable to continued occupancy of the home; and\n\n(2)\nThere has been no expenditure for repairs prior to the determination described in paragraph (1) of this section.","path":["Title 4.
