To see the current law (including emergency and temporary legislation, if relevant) click this link: Current Version*\n  \n\n(a)\nBy March 1 of each year, the Chief Financial Officer shall submit a report to the Council for the preceding fiscal year that includes:\n(1)\nThe aggregate amount of funds in the CTF Program;\n(2)\nAn aggregated list of the purposes for which distributed funds were used;\n(3)\nThe amount of money in the Fund gained by investments;\n(4)\nThe amount of money in the Fund decreased by investment loss;\n(5)\nThe amount of money in the Fund decreased by administrative costs;\"\n(6)\nThe number of eligible children in the CTF Program;\"\n(7)\nThe race or ethnicity of each eligible child, where possible;\" and\n(8)\nRecommendations for improving the CTF Program.\n\n(b)\nBy February 1 of each year, the Department of Human Services shall submit the following information to the Office of the Chief Financial Officer for the preceding fiscal year, which the Chief Financial Officer shall include in his annual report to the Council:\n(1)\nThe number of eligible children in the CTF Program;\n(2)\nThe race or ethnicity of each eligible child, where possible; and\n(3)\nRecommendations for improving the CTF Program.","path":["Title 99.
