Code § 4-753.06","heading":"Department requirements for placements of individuals and families in permanent supportive housing.","body":"(a)\nAll permanent supportive housing assistance or placements funded exclusively with non-federal funds shall be awarded to appropriate homeless individuals or families by the Department according to the District's centralized or coordinated assessment system protocol.\n\n(b)\nEach permanent supportive housing placement shall be filled no later than 60 days after the day funding for the placement becomes available.\n\n(c)\nThe Department shall review all assessments of individuals and families to identify which individual or family is appropriate to fill the available placement.","path":["Title 4.
