Code § 4-756.04","heading":"Interim eligibility reporting requirement.","body":"The Department, no later than February 1 of each year, shall provide a report to the Council of the District of Columbia and the Interagency Council on Homelessness that shall include the following information:\n\n(1)\nNumber of families placed in an interim eligibility placement;\n\n(2)\nAverage length of stay in an interim eligibility placement;\n\n(3)\nNumber of eligibility denials during and subsequent to an interim eligibility placement;\n\n(4)\nNumber of appeals of eligibility determinations during and subsequent to an interim eligibility placement;\n\n(5)\nNumber of interim eligibility appeals resolved via administrative review;\n\n(6)\nAverage time for issuance of decision for review of interim eligibility appeal via administrative review;\n\n(7)\nNumber of interim eligibility appeals brought to the Office of Administrative Hearings;\n\n(8)\nAverage time for issuance of decision for review of interim eligibility appeal via the Office of Administrative Hearings; and\n\n(9)\nFinal placement outcome for each family placed into an interim eligibility placement.","path":["Title 4.
