Code § 41-152.06","heading":"When stored-value card presumed abandoned.","body":"(a)\nSubject to § 41-152.10, the net card value of a stored-value card, other than a payroll card or a gift card, is presumed abandoned on the latest of 3 years after:\n(1)\nDecember 31 of the year in which the card is issued or additional funds are deposited into it;\n(2)\nThe most recent indication of interest in the card by the apparent owner; or\n(3)\nA verification or review of the balance by or on behalf of the apparent owner.\n\n(b)\nThe amount presumed abandoned in a stored-value card is the net card value at the time it is presumed abandoned.","path":["Title 41.
