Code § 41-160.01","heading":"Verified report of property.","body":"(a)\nIf a person does not file a report required by § 41-154.01 or the Administrator believes that a person may have filed an inaccurate, incomplete, or false report, the Administrator may require the person to file a verified report in a form prescribed by the Administrator.  The verified report shall:\n(1)\nState whether the person is holding property reportable under this chapter;\n(2)\nDescribe property not previously reported or about which the Administrator has inquired;\n(3)\nSpecifically identify property described under paragraph (2) of this section about which there is a dispute about whether it is reportable under this chapter; and\n(4)\nState the amount or value of the property.","path":["Title 41.
