Code § 41-160.07","heading":"Report to person whose records were examined.","body":"(a)\nAt the conclusion of an examination under § 41-160.02, the Administrator shall provide to the person whose records were examined a complete and unredacted examination report that specifies:\n(1)\nThe work performed;\n(2)\nThe property types reviewed;\n(3)\nThe methodology of any estimation technique, extrapolation, or statistical sampling used in conducting the examination;\n(4)\nEach calculation showing the value of property determined to be due; and\n(5)\nThe findings of the person conducting the examination.","path":["Title 41.
