Code § 42-1642","heading":"Notice and opportunity for hearing.","body":"(a)\nExcept as otherwise provided in subsection (b) of this section, the Superior Court may issue an order under this act only after notice and opportunity for a hearing appropriate in the circumstances.\n\n(b)\nThe Superior Court may issue an order under this act:\n(1)\nWithout prior notice if the circumstances require issuance of an order before notice is given;\n(2)\nAfter notice and without a prior hearing if the circumstances require issuance of an order before a hearing is held; or\n(3)\nAfter notice and without a hearing if no interested party timely requests a hearing.","path":["Title 42.
