Code § 42-1658","heading":"Interim report of receiver.","body":"(a)\nA receiver may file or, if ordered by the Superior Court, shall file an interim report that includes:\n(1)\nThe activities of the receiver since appointment or a previous report;\n(2)\nReceipts and disbursements, including a payment made or proposed to be made to a professional engaged by the receiver;\n(3)\nReceipts and dispositions of receivership property;\n(4)\nFees and expenses of the receiver and, if not filed separately, a request for approval of payment of the fees and expenses; and\n(5)\nAny other information required by the Superior Court.","path":["Title 42.
