Code § 42-1662","heading":"Final report of receiver; discharge.","body":"(a)\nOn completion of a receiver's duties, the receiver shall file a final report including:\n(1)\nA description of the activities of the receiver in the conduct of the receivership;\n(2)\nA list of receivership property at the commencement of the receivership and any receivership property received during the receivership;\n(3)\nA list of disbursements, including payments to professionals engaged by the receiver;\n(4)\nA list of dispositions of receivership property;\n(5)\nA list of distributions made or proposed to be made from the receivership for creditor claims;\n(6)\nIf not filed separately, a request for approval of the payment of fees and expenses of the receiver; and\n(7)\nAny other information required by the Superior Court.\n\n(b)\nIf the Superior Court approves a final report filed under subsection (a) of this section and the receiver distributes all receivership property, the receiver is discharged.","path":["Title 42.
